Return & Exchange Policy

1. Overview
At Al Haramain Jewellers, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy ensures a fair process while protecting both our customers and our brand.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Original packaging, invoice, and certificates of authenticity (if applicable) must be included.

  • Customized, engraved, or specially ordered items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased on sale or promotion.

  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons.

  • Gift vouchers or store credits.

4. Exchanges

  • Items may be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value.

  • If the replacement item costs more, the customer must pay the difference.

  • Only one exchange per item is permitted.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item passes quality inspection.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Delivery, handling, and insurance charges are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange repair, replacement, or a full refund at no extra cost.

7. Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure the safe return of products with proper packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or wrongly delivered products.
